I want every Pokemon to be somewhat usable in-game. This is especially needed for those Pokemon if I intend to make the game more difficult. Spinda, Delibird, Luvdisc, Plusle & Minun, Dunsparce, and other Pokemon similar to those that honestly aren't even that usable in-game (which is saying something).
